Our staff are well qualified to degree level, Early Years Professional status, foundation degrees, level 3’s and some currently training on our apprenticeship programme.

All staff benefit from continued professional development including everyone trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding and Makaton.

Staff retention is very high which enables them to provide continuity for the children to develop effective relationships particularly in their personal, social and emotional development.
